Sour Cream Noodle Bake


It didn't take long to make, and it tasted delicious.  It was creamy, cheesy and all around yummy!  Chicken Legs especially loved this.  He has requested it again next week.  I thought it tasted like a cross between lasagana and the Spasagna I made a while back.  Either way, we both really enjoyed this.



Sour Cream Noodle Bake - ready in under 30 minutes! Egg noodles, hamburger, tomato sauce, cottage cheese, sour cream and cheddar cheese. Comfort food at its best! Everyone loves this easy casserole! Can make ahead of time and refrigerate or freeze for later. YUM! 

Sour Cream Noodle Bake

INGREDIENTS:

1 (8 ounce) package wide egg noodles
1 pound lean ground beef
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:


  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Cook noodles according to package directions.  Drain and set aside.
  3. Brown meat; drain off fat and return to skillet.  Add pepper, garlic salt and tomato sauce. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
